Common Issues

I forgot my password

Go to the Forgot password page and enter your email address. You'll receive a 6-digit reset code within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

I didn't receive my verification email

After signing up, go to the Verify email page and click "Resend code". The code expires after 24 hours. Check your spam or junk folder, and ensure you entered your email address correctly during signup.

My account is locked or I'm seeing "too many attempts"

For security, we temporarily limit sign-in attempts after multiple failures. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If you've forgotten your password, use the password reset flow.

I can't sign in to a connected app (e.g. Yeap Technology, MyLinks.fyi)

First confirm you can sign in to your Yeap account at login.yeapinc.com. If that works but the connected app still fails, contact the support team for that specific application.

How do I change my email address or password?

Sign in to your account, then go to Account settings to update your profile or Security settings to change your password.
