1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Yeap account or using the Yeap Account Center at login.yeapinc.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Yeap Account Center provides a centralized identity and single sign-on (SSO) service that allows you to authenticate with multiple Yeap-powered applications using a single set of credentials. The service includes account creation, authentication, password management, and session management features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Yeap Account Center, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
• Not create accounts using automated methods or for fraudulent purposes.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

5. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at security@yeapinc.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Yeap will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

6. Third-Party Applications

When you use your Yeap account to sign in to a third-party Yeap-connected application, that application's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to your use of that application. Yeap is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party applications.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Yeap Account Center, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@yeapinc.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to our systems or other users. Termination of your Yeap account will revoke your access to all connected Yeap applications.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Yeap Account Center is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Yeap does not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yeap Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice in the Yeap Account Center. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
